Dr. Lisa Goran (known as "Dr. G" to her students and podcast listeners) is an educator and lifelong learner who is passionate about leaving places and people better than how she found them. Dr. G earned a Ph.D. in Special Education from the University of Missouri. She is an ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist. She has served in leadership roles in PK-12 schools and higher education, state and national organizations, and community organizations. Her professional work focuses on training and connection for all who support students with disabilities.
